Shipping

All earrings, jewellery and small accessories are shipped in rigid protective boxes. Clothing and larger items are shipped in padded envelopes or similar.
Please note, I often choose to recycle packaging items where ever possible. I take care to package items carefully so they do no get damaged during shipping.

$13 standard shipping flat rate to Canada & US.
$20 flat rate shipping to Australia.

Items will ship within 1-3 business days of order being placed.

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is available from my studio in Strathcona area everyday between 12pm-9pm. I will email once your order is ready to confirm a pick up time.

RETURNS

I generally do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ purposes. If there is something wrong with your item, please contact me directly and I will do my best to replace or refund the item as appropriate.

care instructions

Many of my pieces are delicate by nature. Please take care to look after your items to ensure they last as long as possible.

Earrings and Jewellery - Please store in protective box and avoid crushing item. Acrylic items can be cleaned by rubbing with a damp cloth. Avoid rubbing areas where textiles or embellishments have been included.

Fanny packs and bags can be machine washed. Please use warm water and place inside delicates bag.

Handmade

Due to the handmade nature of my products, the item you receive may differ slightly to the one displayed. This is because every item is assembled by hand individually and is unique.
